Staying at Residence Inn Flamingo Crossings Near Disney: Our Review & Experience

We were invited to experience a stay at Residence in at Flamingo Crossings in Orlando just minutes from Walt Disney World and its story time, find all you need to know below!

We arrived for our stay around 4pm, check in was a breeze and quick, Jared had not finished unloading the car when I already had the key in hand! Driving up to Residence Inn you’ll find that it is perfectly located near Walt Disney World, but also near all essentials, like Target, Walgreens, tons of dining options, and our favorite restaurant Simply Capri! they do provide transportation to the parks as well, checkout the schedule at front desk to plan your days.

Staying at Residence Inn Flamingo Crossings Near Disney: Our Review & Experience

Our room came fully stocked, as in pots and pans! Because our room had a full kitchen, something that is so helpful when you travel with children especially little ones, even better that they included everything you may need when cooking. With so many stores near by and their very own small market to find immediate essentials and small bites, it’s easy to figure out what’s for dinner. Can’t forget to mention Featherstone’s Bar and Grill located next to the pool where we enjoyed some delicious tenders and refreshments on our pool day, open until 11pm serving up all the fam favorites. Traveling as a party of five means we may not all agree on what’s for dinner, thankfully there are many options in and around Residence Inn!

I’ve yet to mention the best and most magical part about booking your stay at Residence Inn, complimentary breakfast buffet every morning! The magical part is the fact you can make your own Mickey Waffles and they have different flavors, also a gluten free option! The spread changes everyday slightly, including a different protein and sides but the breakfast essentials are always there and with quite the variety, everyone will be happy. Running from 6 am to 10 am, in the main lobby, with tons of space for seating, you don’t have to beat the breakfast rush hour! First day we went early and second day we went closer to ten, both times it was an easy in to get our food and a great overall experience. No matter where the day takes you having breakfast a fast elevator ride away, can’t be beat!

Our stay consisted of relaxing in our room and the pool, we wanted a stay where we actually stayed and enjoyed all our Hotel had to offer and Residence Inn proved to be a great option for the area! We got to speak to other guests too, some stating it was their second visit of the year or that they planned on returning later in the year, so it’s a beloved property through and through. If you are lookin for that stay that offers convenience on so many levels with amazing rooms and located near everything one may need during a vacation, this is the place for you and your traveling party!
